Our call's for 2009 are in and our team responded to 250 call's this year .We are proud to say we only had one second activation for a rescue call /driver . Our average response time for the year was 3.5 minutes from time of dispatch to first unit on the road we will continue to strive to be the best we can be . Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to my crews and family .

Chief,
I wanted to extend my thanks to the department for a quick response to my grandfather's house on Tuesday night (1/12/10). My family was very appreciative of the quick response and care you all gave him.
I also wanted to inform you that his situation has declined rapidly in the last 24 hrs. He had a massive stroke and is currently paralyzed on his right side. His brain is continuing to swell and because of this, he's in and out of consciousness. The doctors are saying it's a long shot for him to recover. I would like to ask all of you to keep him in your praires as a fellow past-Pennellville Firefighter, past-President, and past-Fire Police Captain. I know he was very happy when he was serving in the department and I know you all made him proud when you came to his rescue.
